Located just a one-minute walk from Motomachi-Chukagai Station on the Minatomirai Line, KULA is a machine-based Pilates studio that offers semi-private sessions. The instructor, Akiko, has professional experience in coaching Pilates in Sydney, Australia, and provides highly attentive and personalized instruction.
At Spine Chiropractic, I focus on relieving symptoms and realigning the body to restore proper structural balance of the musculoskeletal system. However, to maintain this balance and prevent future issues, it’s crucial to not only restore flexibility but also strengthen the muscles that support proper posture and movement.
